I received my coaching certification from the Road Runners Club of America in September, 2011. I have experience working with individuals and groups training for specific events or just maintaining their fitness level as well as an extensive background (over 15 years of experience) as a runner.
Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned runner, working with a coach can have a number of benefits–it can help you try new approaches to training, get stronger and faster, break through a plateau, work as an extra source of motivation, and provide you with guidance and support. I will work with you to determine your goals and implement a plan that will make it possible for you to achieve them. Together, we will take your running to a new level.
We will start with a free consultation that will take place either in person or via Skype. This session will allow us to establish what your goals are, and begin to work on developing a plan for achieving them. From there, I can provide you with a personalized training plan (if applicable), and provide weekly support via email or through sessions on Skype or in person. If you are local to the New York City area, I can also provide you with coached workouts. We can tailor our work together to fit your goals, budget, and schedule.
