Coaching Services

Are you looking to start a running program, improve your current training, or get back on track after a break? If so, you could probably benefit from one-on-one sessions with a certified running coach!

I received my coaching certification from the Road Runners Club of America in September, 2011. I have experience working with individuals and groups training for specific events or just maintaining their fitness level as well as an extensive background (over 15 years of experience) as a runner.

Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned runner, working with a coach can have a number of benefits–it can help you try new approaches to training, get stronger and faster, break through a plateau, work as an extra source of motivation, and provide you with guidance and support. I will work with you to determine your goals and implement a plan that will make it possible for you to achieve them. Together, we will take your running to a new level.

We will start with a free consultation that will take place either in person or via Skype. This session will allow us to establish what your goals are, and begin to work on developing a plan for achieving them. From there, I can provide you with a personalized training plan (if applicable), and provide weekly support via email or through sessions on Skype or in person. If you are local to the New York City area, I can also provide you with coached workouts. We can tailor our work together to fit your goals, budget, and schedule.

To get started, either visit my profile page on CoachUp or fill out the form below. Please include your name, email address, and the reason why you’re interested in one-on-one coaching. I will get back to you within 24 hours to arrange our initial consultation.
